Loved your photos, Amaris. Brings back lots of memories, except that Macha's obviously more developed. I'm so glad you and Mike can get out and explore a little. MOM
ReplyDeleteIt's great you saw a chameleon! Dan and I only saw one 1 time during our 6 weeks - they are such neat creatures.

ReplyDeleteA chameleon gives a wonderful example of how to live a cautious life - hesitantly, with eyes sweeping the scene. An ant is how to live an interminably working life. Termites do their work secretly with only the shoved aside wastes a clue to their presence. Millipedes exhibit the cool poise of being able to juggle a million things at once, but recoil into a helpless ball at the first sign of trouble. And humans, well, they just go exploring! Carry on....
